La vitesse de circulation est limitée à 100, 90, 70 et 50 km/heure sur un tronçon précisé de la Pénéntrante Sud de la Ville de Luxembourg. Drivers entering the Pénétrante Sud from the boulevard de contournement, the CR 231, or the Centre Douanier must yield to vehicles already on the Pénétrante Sud; drivers leaving it toward the boulevard de contournement or the CR 231 must yield to traffic on those roads. Violations of this regulation are punished under Article 7, as amended, of the 14 February 1955 road traffic law. The Minister of Public Works is responsible for carrying out this regulation.
