Statute overview
About this statute
This is the preamble to a 22 December 1995 Grand-Ducal regulation about employee delegates in the industrial section of the accident insurance association. The number of worker delegates must be double the number of officials and employees in the industrial accident-insurance committee-director and, if applicable, its subcommittees. If the number of delegates of civil servants and employees is even, one delegate must belong to one of the specified sickness funds. Two worker delegates and the oldest delegate of officials and employees selected in the 4 February 1995 elections join the parity composition of the managing committee. The Minister of Social Security is responsible for carrying out this regulation, which is published and enters into force on 1 January 1996.
