Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and lists the legal bases and consultations used before the Grand Duke issues it. No one may be appointed to certain Secretariat of the Council of State posts unless the required training stage and the relevant end-of-stage exams have been completed successfully. Les candidats ne sont admis que s’ils remplissent les conditions d’études et de formation requises. The trainee must be assigned to the Administrative Training Institute, attend the general training courses regularly, and appear for the relevant end-of-stage exam. The exam commission decides which candidates may be admitted, sets the program details, and fixes the points for each branch.
