Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble states the legal basis and formal steps for adopting the grand-ducal regulation on indemnities for members of the Council of State. Each member gets shares based on attendance at public and plenary sittings each quarter, with commission meetings able to offset absences. Each member is entitled to the full third of the indemnity if they attend at least 36 commission meetings in the year. For calculating the quarter-of-favor and year-end allowance for Council of State members, the base indemnity is the amount set in Article 1(1) of this regulation.
