Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and states its legal basis and adoption process. An instituteur returning to the career after more than ten years away must apply to the education minister and take approved continuing training and tests. The exams cover Luxembourgish, French, and German, include written and oral parts, and may be waived for a candidate in some cases. The exams are assessed by a jury set up for that purpose by the minister, and a jury member may not take part in examining a close relative up to the fourth degree.
