About this statute

This is the preamble to a grand-ducal regulation about road regulation and signage on the RN 22 in Bissen. During the roadworks, heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes may not enter the RN 22 inside Bissen, and traffic near and through the site is limited to 50 km/h with overtaking restrictions. Obstacles created by the works must be signaled in line with article 102 of the referenced traffic regulation. Infractions to this regulation are punishable under article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic regulation.
