Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation sets the rules for granting capital or interest subsidies for private camping projects. Les propriétaires ou exploitants de campings privés peuvent bénéficier de subventions en capital ou en intérêts pour certains investissements, s’ils respectent une condition de 75 % d’emplacements réservés au tourisme de passage. Certain private persons and private campsite owners/operators may receive capital or interest subsidies if they create new campsites or expand existing ones, and at least 75% of the pitches are reserved for passing tourism after the works. Investments receiving these aids must serve a general economic interest, and certain maintenance, simple renovation, or replacement investments are not eligible unless they are part of a modernization project. Only mobile accommodation units are counted for touring pitches, and camping ground occupancy should generally not exceed 25% of pitches between 1 November and 1 March.
