Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble identifies an amending grand-ducal regulation on sanitary rules for the production and marketing of meat-based and certain other animal-origin products. This article amends several references and wording in the 1993 grand-ducal regulation, and lets the Minister extend a derogation to certain establishments if their product treatment still meets the regulation’s other requirements. The annexes of the 7 October 1997 ministerial regulation are treated as annexes to this regulation, and Chapter III of Annex C is replaced by the text that follows this regulation. The Minister of Health is responsible for carrying out this regulation, which is to be published in the Mémorial.
