Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble sets out the regulation on the nomenclature of nursing acts and services covered by health insurance. Certain nursing acts and services are reimbursable only if they meet listed conditions and are approved under the annexed table. Some acts may only be taken care of after authorization by social security medical control. The tariff of an act is calculated by multiplying its coefficient by the negotiated value of the key letter for each exercise under the convention, and any fraction of a franc is rounded up or down depending on whether it is at least half. A position made up of several acts must be billed as a whole, and cumulable acts are charged at the full tariff.
