Le Gouvernement luxembourgeois doit participer à une mission de supervision de l’OSCE et envoyer jusqu’à 12 superviseurs pour une durée maximale de trois semaines. Le statut des membres du contingent luxembourgeois est défini selon les articles 5 et suivants de la loi du 27 juillet 1992 sur la participation du Luxembourg aux opérations de maintien de la paix.
