This preamble identifies a Grand-Ducal Regulation about authorizing the creation and operation of a nominative database for certain final recipients in European Social Fund projects. Le texte autorise la création et l’exploitation d’une banque de données nominatives pour le compte du Ministère du Travail et de l’Emploi, afin de suivre le programme du Fonds Social Européen. The database may contain only the categories of information listed in Article 2. Certain named ministry staff and named technical assistance persons authorized by the competent minister may access the nominative data; the minister may limit which data each person can see. The authorization referred to in Article 1 is valid from the entry into force of this Grand-Ducal Regulation and expires on 31 December 2010.
