Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble introduces a Grand-Ducal Regulation of 13 January 2002 about the information stock exchanges must provide to investors on market transparency. Les bourses doivent fournir aux investisseurs certaines informations de prix et de volume sur les instruments admis sur les marchés réglementés qu’elles gèrent. The information referred to in Article 1 must be published through the exchanges’ electronic market systems or by another appropriate means. The exchanges may, with the financial regulator’s agreement, delay or suspend publication of certain information, apply special rules for exceptional large or illiquid transactions, and use more flexible publication deadlines for bond-related transactions. The Minister of the Treasury and Budget is responsible for carrying out this regulation.
