Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and lists the legal and procedural bases for it. A person may not be appointed to a function in the institutes and services of Education différenciée unless the required internship and both qualifying end-of-internship exams have been completed successfully. This article sets the exam subjects for trainee and promotion examinations for certain Education différenciée careers. The detailed list of subjects for each exam is set by ministerial regulation. This article sets exam rules: success requires at least three-fifths of total points and at least half the maximum in each subject; otherwise the candidate may need a retake or may fail, and the commission classifies candidates after the exam.
