Le Gouvernement luxembourgeois doit participer à une mission d’observation de l’OSCE en Arménie et y envoyer au plus cinq observateurs. Le statut des membres du contingent luxembourgeois est défini par référence aux articles 5 et suivants de la loi du 27 juillet 1992 sur les opérations de maintien de la paix.
