Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble of a Grand-Ducal regulation setting out the legal bases and formal context for the measure. A trainee civil servant may not be appointed to certain technical, wildlife, or works-supervision posts unless they have completed the required training period and passed the final admission exam for their career. A candidate may be admitted to the promotion exam only after three years of good and loyal service since definitive appointment.
