Statute overview

About this statute

This provision is the preamble of a Grand-Ducal regulation about the conditions for issuing and validating safety certificates for railway undertakings. A railway company must submit a written safety-certificate application to the Minister by registered mail, in French or German, in three copies, and state the transport services and network parts covered. The requesting railway undertaking must attach specified documents to the application, with one document optional and a reciprocity-based substitution available for certain non-EU undertakings.
