Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and the legal bases it relies on. Chaque caisse de pension doit établir chaque année, au plus tard le 1er décembre, un compte d'exploitation prévisionnel, un budget des recettes et des dépenses, et un plan de trésorerie. Each pension fund must first send the social security inspectorate its expense and expected income amounts; the inspectorate then communicates the contribution amounts to be allocated to the funds and the compensation fund. The social security inspectorate sets a monthly allocation key for contributions. A pension fund may get an advance on the monthly distribution if it has a temporary cash shortage; the amount is set by the Minister of Social Security after advice from the supervisory authority.
