Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and lists the legal bases and formal consultations used before adoption. This article sets out how the copyright and related-rights commission is made up and how long members serve. The minister appoints the commission’s regular and alternate members, designates a chair and vice-chair from the regular members, and appoints the secretary. La commission se réunit lorsque son président la convoque, ou son vice-président si le président est empêché, ou à la demande d’au moins un tiers des membres. The president sets the agenda; if the president is unable to act, the vice-president does so.
