Statute overview
About this statute
This provision is the preamble to a regulation about Luxembourg’s participation in an OSCE election-observation mission in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Le Gouvernement luxembourgeois doit participer à une mission d’observation de l’OSCE et envoyer jusqu’à cinq observateurs pour une durée maximale de deux semaines. The status of members of the Luxembourg contingent is defined by reference to later articles of a 1992 law on Luxembourg participation in peacekeeping operations. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Immigration is responsible for carrying out this regulation. It takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
