Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and its legal bases for organizing end-of-studies exams in technical secondary education and technician training. The minister appoints examination commissions each year, with one commission for each division or section and relevant lycée; commissions choose a secretary, and conflicted persons may not take part in certain exams. The minister decides whether candidates may be admitted to the exam and sets the deadline for applications. Directors transmit student applications, and certain students may sit the exam only if the stated schooling or proof conditions are met. Some students are excluded if they have insufficient marks or if a required project remains insufficient after revision.
