Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the Grand Ducal regulation is issued to set the theoretical and practical training arrangements for reintegration of health professionals who have stopped practicing. If the minister requires it, the holder must follow reintegration teaching, and the minister must provide stage lists, training-course lists, and set the required hours. Le titulaire doit soumettre au ministre, pour approbation, un projet de stage lié à la profession qu’il souhaite réintégrer. The teaching must last at least 60 hours, must not exceed 100 hours, and must be spread over a maximum of 3 months. The internship supervisor must have at least five years’ professional experience in the same profession as the trainee’s profession and must be present enough on site to supervise the trainee’s work.
