This preamble introduces a Grand-Ducal regulation on temporary traffic rules for the N10 road between Rodershausen and Dasbourg-pont. Access to the N10 section between Rodershausen and Dasbourg-pont is banned in both directions until the works finish, except for residents and their suppliers. Until horizontal road markings are put in place after the works are finished, the speed limit is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles must not overtake in both directions except for two-wheel motorcycles without sidecars and mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under Article 7, as amended, of the Law of 14 February 1955 on traffic regulation on public roads. The two ministers are responsible for carrying out this regulation, which will be published in the Mémorial.
