Le statut des membres du contingent luxembourgeois est défini selon les articles 5 et suivants de la loi du 27 juillet 1992 sur la participation du Luxembourg à des opérations de maintien de la paix dans des organisations internationales. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Immigration is responsible for carrying out this regulation, which takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
