This preamble identifies the regulation as an amendment to the 31 January 2003 grand-ducal regulation on road transport of dangerous goods and lists the legal bases and consultations relied on before the regulation is made. This article replaces the text of Article 1 of the amended regulation on road transport of dangerous goods. Road transport of dangerous goods is governed by the ADR annexes and by Directive 94/55/CE, as amended. Les transporteurs, expéditeurs et autres intervenants dans le transport de marchandises dangereuses doivent appliquer les règles 1.10.1 et 1.10.2 de l’ADR, sauf le point 1.10.1.6. The wording of letter g) of article 7 is deleted.
