Le Gouvernement luxembourgeois doit participer à la mission d’observation de l’OSCE pour les élections parlementaires en Géorgie, en envoyant jusqu’à cinq observateurs pour deux semaines au maximum. This article says the status of members of the Luxembourg contingent is determined by later articles of a 27 July 1992 law on Luxembourg participation in peacekeeping operations. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Immigration is responsible for carrying out this regulation, which enters into force on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
