This text is the preamble to a Grand-Ducal regulation on temporary traffic rules for the N6 road between Mamer and Capellen during roadworks. On the N6 between Mamer and Capellen, the reserved lane for regular public transport is abolished for the stretch between P.R. 8,670 and 8,960; the speed limit on that stretch is 50 km/h in both directions, and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake other motor vehicles except two-wheel motorcycles without sidecar and two-wheel mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punishable under article 7 of the modified law of 14 February 1955 on traffic regulation. The Minister for Sustainable Development and Infrastructure is responsible for carrying out this regulation.
