This preamble says the regulation concerns temporary traffic arrangements on the CR307 between Neunhausen and Lultzhausen because of road works. During roadworks, access to the CR307 between Neunhausen and Lultzhausen is prohibited for vehicle and animal traffic, except for local residents and their suppliers. After roadworks are completed and until horizontal road markings are installed, the speed limit is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles must not overtake most other motor vehicles. Breaches of this regulation are punishable under article 7 of the amended traffic law of 14 February 1955.
