About this statute
This preamble introduces a temporary traffic regulation on the N10 between Hoesdorf and Bettel for roadworks. During the works phase, access is forbidden to drivers of vehicles and animals on the listed N10 section, except for residents and their suppliers. After the infrastructure work is finished and until horizontal road markings are in place, the speed limit is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake other motor vehicles except two-wheel motorcycles without sidecar and two-wheel mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on traffic regulation. The Minister for Sustainable Development and Infrastructure is responsible for executing this regulation.
