Statute overview

About this statute

This grand-ducal regulation amends the 19 March 2004 regulation on presence fees and allowances for members of polling stations in legislative, European, and communal elections. This article replaces Article 5 of the referenced regulation with a new provision. Les assesseurs-suppléants des bureaux de vote ont droit à une indemnité forfaitaire de 20 euros pour leur disponibilité, sauf s’ils sont appelés par le président du bureau de vote à assister comme assesseur pendant les opérations de vote. The article replaces article 6 so that the attendance tokens and allowances covered by articles 1 to 4 are set at index 100 and updated periodically for cost of living. The total amount due to members of polling stations is reduced by 20%, except for the flat-rate allowance in article 5. The Prime Minister, Minister of State, the Interior Minister, and the Finance Minister are responsible for carrying out this regulation, each for their own part.
