Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble to a Grand-Ducal regulation on secondary school hourly grids, subject coefficients, and core subjects. Teaching in secondary classes is delivered according to the timetables set out in the annex to the regulation. Promotion in secondary education classes must take account of the coefficients of the different subjects and, where applicable, the fundamental subjects listed in the annex timetables. The wording is changed so the reference now reads “for each secondary school” instead of “for each public secondary school of the country, hereinafter called ‘school’.” This article repeals the named Grand-Ducal Regulation, effective 15 September 2016.
