Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble identifies the legal basis and prior opinions for the regulation before the Grand-Duc enacts it. Les institutions de sécurité sociale ne peuvent prendre en charge les actes et services de soins palliatifs que s’ils figurent au tableau annexé au règlement. The covered acts and services are reimbursed on a flat-rate basis. This article says the listed forfaits cover specified nursing-care activities and related supplies, but exclude essential life activities covered by dependency insurance. This article sets average daily care-time forfaits: 105 minutes for persons staying in the establishments referred to in Articles 390 and 391 of the Social Security Code, and 118 minutes for home palliative care.
