Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation, recites the legal bases, and notes that an opinion from the health authority was requested and the Government deliberated. This article amends the medical-services nomenclature: it deletes one rule, allows coelioscopy to be combined with the related operative act, and adds two new combinations for specialist consultations. This article replaces the existing table of medical acts and services with the table attached to this regulation. The Social Security Minister and the Health Minister are responsible for carrying out this regulation, each for their own part, and the regulation takes effect on 1 January 2017.
