About this statute

This is the preamble of the regulation and lists the legal basis, recitals, and the authority adopting it. The CNI must meet in plenary session at least twice per quarter, and its bureau must meet at least twice per quarter. Meetings are called by the president, and concerned persons should be notified at least one week before the plenary session unless the president treats it as an urgent case. If the CNI president is unable to act, the CNI coordinator-secretary replaces them. La CNI may seek advice from contractually compensated experts, but only with the agreement of the minister responsible for national education.
