Statute overview
About this statute
This is the preamble to a Grand-Ducal regulation on how the Higher Council for Infectious Diseases operates and works. The members of the Infectious Diseases Higher Council must appoint a chair, a vice-chair, and a rapporteur. The council meets when convened by its president or, if needed, the vice-president, must meet at least six times a year or when eight members request it, cannot deliberate unless at least half its members are present, may create working groups, and must send the Government an annual general report that is made public.
