Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble explains why the Grand-Ducal regulation was adopted: to introduce urgent measures against Covid-19. This article changes an earlier Covid-19 movement rule by adding a visit/alternating-residence travel exception and a pet-care travel exception, and by removing the two-meter distance condition from the last tiret. This article amends Article 3(2) of the same regulation by updating the listed activities and adding safety-related maintenance activities. From 20 March 2020 at 17:00, any craft activity outside the workshop, if not provided for in Article 3(2), is prohibited. The heading of chapter 6 is supplemented with the words “et réglementaires”.
