Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble introduces a regulation on the conditions for appointing and promoting staff of the Haut-Commissariat à la Protection nationale. This article repeals the amended Grand-Ducal Regulation of 12 December 2016 on staff appointment and promotion conditions for the Haut-Commissariat à la Protection nationale. Two ministers are responsible for carrying out this regulation, each within their own remit.
