Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble introduces a grand-ducal regulation that clarifies the implementation of restrictive financial measures. People and businesses that must apply the restrictive measures must do so immediately and without giving prior notice. Les personnes physiques et morales qui exécutent des mesures restrictives doivent informer sans délai le ministre des Finances de l’exécution de chaque mesure, y compris les tentatives d’opérations. This article repeals the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 29 October 2010 on implementing UN and EU restrictive financial measures against certain persons, entities, and groups in the fight against terrorism financing. This regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal of Luxembourg.
