Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble introduces a Grand-Ducal regulation amending rules on teachers’ workload in lycées and technical lycées. This article amends Article 1 of the 24 July 2007 regulation by inserting wording about the task of teachers and adult trainers appointed or assigned to the École nationale pour adultes (ENAD). For certain ENAD teachers and adult trainers, the workload is set at the equivalent of 22 lessons. For ENAD-assigned or appointed adult teachers and trainers, the availability task for teaching and establishment does not include the activities listed in items b and c. This article adds an ENAD task list covering tutoring, pedagogical team consultation, joint course preparation and organization, continuing training for parents of learners, and follow-up of professional internships.
