About this statute

This preamble identifies the regulation and lists the legal and advisory bases used before the Government adopts it. The Observatoire is guided by an accompanying committee made up of five named representatives, and the committee should include at least two people of each sex where possible. The minister appoints the committee members, the committee president, and an administrative secretary.
