This preamble introduces a regulation on temporary traffic rules for the N10 between Reisdorf and Hoesdorf because of roadworks. Pendant les travaux, l’accès aux voies publiques visées est interdit aux conducteurs de véhicules et d’animaux dans les deux sens, sauf pour les riverains et leurs fournisseurs.
