Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial regulation sets the average annual remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions. The annual average remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions is set at 48,000 francs from 1 January 1970 for insured men and women aged 18 or older with normal physical aptitude. For forest workers whose main activity is this work, the annual average pay is set at the minimum wage for skilled workers. The rates above are reduced for adolescents: by 30% for ages 14 to 16, and by 20% for ages 16 to 18. If a person is over 65 at the time of the accident, the annual average remuneration rate is reduced by 25%; if over 75, it is reduced by 50%.
