Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble identifies the ministerial regulation and its legal basis for changing the 31 May 1968 rule on organizing end-of-apprenticeship examinations for commerce school students. From the summer 1971 session, certain commerce students are exempt from the listed subjects in the final apprenticeship exam if they achieved a yearly average of 30 out of 60 in those first-year subjects. A common examination must be held at the end of the third trimester, on the same day and at the same time in the different schools and vocational training centres. This article says the regulation will be published in the Mémorial.
