Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial regulation sets the annual average remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions. Sets the annual average remuneration base for agricultural and forestry accident pensions at 55,900 francs from 1 January 1972 for insured persons aged 18 or over with normal physical aptitude. For certain forest workers and state workers at the Remich wine station, the annual average pay is set at the minimum wage for qualified workers. The rates mentioned above are reduced by 30% for adolescents aged 14 to 16 and by 20% for those aged 16 to 18. Annual remuneration rates are reduced for people who were over 65 or over 75 at the time of the accident.
