About this statute

This ministerial regulation states that the ministers fix the annual average remuneration used as the basis for calculating agricultural and forestry accident pensions. Sets the annual average remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions at 59,800 francs from 1 January 1973 for insured men and women of normal physical aptitude aged 18 or over. For forest workers mainly doing this activity, and State workers at the viticultural station in Remich, the annual average pay is set at the wage for skilled workers. The rates fixed above are reduced for adolescents in two age bands: 30% for ages 14–16 and 20% for ages 16–18. The annual remuneration rate is reduced for people who were over 65 at the time of the accident, and reduced further for those over 75.
