Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial regulation repeals the 22 April 1974 ministerial regulation. Drivers of motor vehicles may not export fuel using containers or tanks not normally built into the vehicle if they lack the prior authorization mentioned here. Certain vehicles entering Luxembourg must comply with a two-thirds fuel-fill rule; customs officers check compliance and may refuse entry to drivers who do not comply. Customs administration agents are tasked with checking compliance with the measures in the preceding provisions.
