About this statute

This ministerial regulation sets the annual average remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions. The average annual remuneration used to calculate agricultural and forestry accident pensions is fixed at 96,000 francs from 1 January 1977 for insured men and women aged 18 or over with normal physical ability. For certain forestry workers and State workers at the Remich viticulture station, the annual average pay is set at the social minimum wage for skilled workers. The rates previously set are reduced by 30% for adolescents aged 14 to 16 and by 20% for those aged 16 to 18. Le taux de la rémunération annuelle est réduit de 25 % pour les personnes âgées de plus de 65 ans au moment de l’accident, et de 50 % pour celles de plus de 75 ans.
