Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies a ministerial regulation on mandatory control of bovine tuberculosis for 1979. For the 1978-1979 campaign, the mandatory bovine tuberculosis examination takes place from 1 December 1978 to 31 March 1979. This examination must be carried out under the rules of the ministerial order on bovine tuberculosis testing, and only bovine PPD tuberculin may be used.
