This ministerial regulation says it is publishing certain Belgian tobacco excise and tobacco-tax measures. Two Belgian tobacco-tax measures are published for execution in Luxembourg from 1 July 1983, subject to stated reservations. The provisions on the special excise apply only to Belgium. For applying § 9 of the cited Belgian excise regulation, the coefficients used in Luxembourg are those set by the 28 April 1982 ministerial regulation. For applying § 231, Luxembourg uses the coefficients from the ministerial regulation of 28 April 1982, except that the amount for “cigarettes, per piece” is changed from 2.40 F to 2.60 F.
