About this statute

This provision is the preamble of a ministerial regulation about fees that insurance companies may charge insured persons. Les entreprises d’assurances peuvent facturer aux assurés 50 francs de frais non inclus dans la prime, dans les branches d’assurance autres que la vie et la maladie.
