Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble to a ministerial regulation on mandatory bovine tuberculosis control for 1987. The compulsory tuberculosis examination of bovines will take place from 1 December 1986 to 31 March 1987 for the 1986/1987 campaign. The examination covers all cattle older than 2 years and must follow Annexes I A and II of the 21 July 1981 Grand-Ducal Regulation; the Veterinary Services Administration provides the tuberculins needed by practicing veterinarians. Le vétérinaire doit inscrire le résultat de l’examen sur le bon formulaire, selon que le détenteur est affilié ou non, puis les formulaires doivent être renvoyés à l’Administration des services vétérinaires dans les 15 jours après la lecture des résultats. The fee for the tuberculin examination is set at 33 francs per head of tuberculin-tested cattle, with 12 francs charged to the livestock holder and 21 francs charged to the State.
